Although the overall goal of the program was to promote the wellbeing of the employees; the secondary aims included a decrease in absenteeism and disability costs, an increase in productivity and effectiveness and in general the enhancement of employee motivation and morale. These outcomes were not formally measured but through subjective observation they were perceived to be met.

Where our wellness in the workplace of 2014 focused on the physical health of our employees the focus of 2015 is emotional wellness. Watch the website for inspiring updates later in the year.
